Hi, I've installed Docebo 3 and configured it and all of it modules.
There is no way to make him send email to any one.
The server is ok, I have docebo 2 (an older version) in the same server and it sends mails fine as well as other applictions.
I don't know how to specify the SMTP server or any other parameter for setting up the mail services.

Please help out there.

hello, this is strange.
Go in admin/configuration and check "events", are they disabled?
Did you test with different e-mail addresses? maybe are filtered as spam ...

Before testing I set all the events checked to send email and do so in my test users.

When a student asks to be registered, he receives a mail telling that must confirm. (this time the system sends the mail). isn't it strange?

When he confirms the subscription the system tells him that he will receive a mail when the administrator enters him. It does not happens

In the mean time the administrator never receives any mail.

When the administrator approves the new user he doesn't receive the mail "User modified" which is checked in the events config.

As far as I tested none of the events send mail.  Thank you.

Maybe is a bug, please monitor this trough the bugtracker

Claudio I've already solved it.
The cause is: In Core/lib/lib.usernotifier.php in Op= send_mai the mail is composed to be sent to a group of people in the BCC field.  This, as far as I know, fails.

The work around:  I recourse in the array of recipients and for each one found, executed a mail(PHP) to recipients individually using the To field instead.  I´m testing this solution with bulks of mails to see when the server just stalls.

everytime I try to register as a user.. this is what I get... can someone please help me out here?
