When I try to access the CMS page I get, "You are not allowed to access this page." I have even renamed the htaccess file, uploaded the CMS and re-ran the install script (dropping all tables) and I still am unable to access the CMS module. Please help.

Hi Rick,

This is a common problem, I hope there will be more clear documentation in time to assist in this, but meanwhile here is Claudio's answer to the same question posted before:

you just have to do this way:

- connect as administrator to doceboCore (www.yourserver.com/doceboCore)
- go to Portal-Pages-Add new language area (for instance, english)
- add the home page of the new area
- publish the area and its home page

i did your  steps but the broblem still ON, by the way iam using my PC as server "Localhost".

so can  any  one from Docebo staff solve this issue ?

 

Haleem, page is not vievabl because no pages are configured, simply anable at least one page
