how to display E-learning - External contents - News on the homepage ? there is nothing on the demo site after i add a news.

I can't get the "External Contents > News" appeared on the homepage.

I have no problem to get the "External Contents > Web Pages" appeared on the homepage (top right). [Note: you must logout from the LMS to see those web pages link.]

Hi All,

There is supposed another Home Page at http://<yoursite>/doceboLMS/index.php

But, somehow, there is script inside that index.php (line 76, see below), jump it to http://<yoursite>/index.php

require_once($GLOBALS['where_lms'].'/lib/lib.preoperation.php');

If i comment it out..i can see the index.php with External News content. [Note: External News is different from User News.]

I just upgraded to 3.6.0.3 from 3.6.02, Doceobo Developer team still have not put this External News to http://<yoursite>/index.php. This really puzzle everyone with this feature.

thanks for reporting this; it seems that with 3.6.0.3 the external news module is not enabled by default on the public side. I'll have a look at it and will let you know.
