scusate se sarò banale ma ho un problema sulla creazione di nuovi utenti nel db in docebo.

Ho installato una versione completa di docebo 305 su windows xp e 2003 con apache o IIS e l'installazione è andata a buon fine: ho chiamato il db vuoto "docebo"  ma quando entro in docebocore e cerco di creare un nuovo utente non dà errore ma non crea nulla.

L'utente a mano da phpmyadmin lo creo ma da docebo core no: se cambio qualcosa dell'unico utente creato superamministratore e faccio salva l'update funziona!

sonoconnesso al db ma non crea nuovi record, problemi sull'insert!!

Potete aiutarmi per favore che volevo suggerire ad una grossa dfitta di autobus del nordest il vs ottim oprodotto?

I have aproblem on updating the db after a good DOcebo 3.0.5 installation sequence I did on Windows 2003, IIS6, Mysql 5.0.41 and Php 5.2.3.

I cannot add a new user but I can modify data on existing user: I can add an user working directly on db that I named "docebo".

May someone of you Docebo experts help me please? I am interesting also in pay your help if it is necessary,

Why 3.0.5 ?
Do you have tried 3.5.0.3 ?
It has different structure and could solve your problem .
Anyway if you are interested in to work on 3.0.5 , I suggest upload directory folder in doceboCore\modules\ again and retry . If you receive any special error please place it here .

I meant 3.5.0.3, sorry for the mistake of release: it seems that I cannot insert new records of users and groups,  but I can modify the values in the db of the user that I defined during setup.

I am able to create a new company but not a new user!

If you have installed it on a external server go to your Docebo installation root and in it find a folder with doceboCore name . Then go to modules folder inside doceboCore folder and find modules folder . In modules folder find a folder with directory name and remove it . Then upload directory folder in same root again .
