Written on : 18/03/2008 09:56 ( more than one month ) Object : VideoConference Configuration I would like to ask you a question on videoconference functionality (we have bought a dimdim licence and i have already made all necessary configurations). Through docebo, when I create a conference room, the tutor/instructor cannot enter in the room before its starting date/time to get prepared and we cannot find a way to send an invitation by e-mail to required participants prior to the conference! Could you pls give me a little help on that? Thank you in advance! |

This can happen only from the autonomous dim dim login link and not through docebo! Any idea how will I inform Docebo users by e-mail that a web seminar is going to start at a specific time? thank you again, it is really important to use dim dim through docebo and not as an autonomous app. I have asked the same question to Dim dim support! regards, Pavlos |
