Object : Upgrading to 3.5.0.4

I have three questions.

1). How do I upgrade to Docebo 3.5.0.4 from Docebo 3.5.0.3?

2). I have created a certificate with a backgroud image. However it is very difficult to position text on the background image when one cant see the background image in the text editor. I have to save my changes and lunch the pdf before I can preview the end result of the certificate. Do you currently have any solution to this? Can a certificate be created easier?

3). I have a certificate background of width 11inch x height 8.5 inc. When I center the text using the editor, it will not center to match the background. Is there anyway I can resolve this?

Hi , I could guide you only about upgrade issue ?
First get backup of your DB .
Upload your 3.5.0.4 folders to your server and overwrite all old files and folders .
Attention : Be careful to don`t change files folder (there is in Docebo main root) position and content and this folder doesn`t require any overwrite .
Open your browser and type :
www.mysite.com/docebo/upgrade/
and go on other steps .

You don`t need change your config file if you don`t have changed $GLOBALS['where_files'] . But rename main root folders name to their original name before installation because all addresses defined in upgrade folder files is based on original root .
After upgrade again rename your docebo main root folders .

I uploaded the files, the I overwrote the files, being careful not to overwrite the "Files" folder.  Then I tried to do the upgrade.  Now everything is messed up and I give up.  This is a very confusing system to install, and the instructions in these forums are hard to understand.  Sorry, but I guess I need to find an easier platform..................

Hi
Could you tell me what is missed up ? in which step ?
Did you have changed any original files before upgrade ?
Did you overwrite config.php file ?
Did you edit config.php correctly ?
I hope you don`t give up it soon because a webmaster should be able to struggle with some problems like this problem

OKay, I gave it another try, this time I wiped out all my files and started from scratch.  I followed every step.  I got it installed.  Now, I cannot upload any files, I keep getting error messages.  I have set all the files and folder permissions as described.  I will gladly give you my access information to my server if you can help me.  I am extremely frustrated.  I have logged way too many hours trying to get this to work.
