how to set the rule to "complete" the sco?

my learning object has started but how to edit sco to send /communicate with LMS that ithe chapter has been finished

If you use an authoring tool you have several option, for example "at the end of slides" on a result or on an action "click button", as Omid told you depends on what application you are using

I prepare PPT and then convert them to Flash with wondershare ppt2flash professional which also prepare scorm 1.2 package with menifest file
