hi can any body help me regarding docebo chat ?  I am successful in creating users and assigning courses and we are able to chat , while in discussion it is showing the message that (x user logged out, x user logged in) immediately , without user logout manually ,

Which chat module you mean ? Docebo LMS has 2 chat modules .
This is my name that is drawn with cuneiform in many many years ago !

thanks for ur response for example I logged in as a user and I am able to see my course in that course i will have this collaboration area where u will see this open chat link from there one pop up will come there i am getting the given problem

If you are testing it on your PC , you should try with different browsers , for example IE and Opera .
I test this module . It doesn`t have any problem .

hi omid thanks for your reply  as I do not have any problem from my end if the course subscriber connects remotely here in my chat I am getting the message that the subscribed user logeedin and with in movements logged out  again logged in logged out message with out user intervention.

konadev, did you ever resolve this issue?

I'm seeing the same thing on my install of Docebo.  Earlier today, we had a chat session (the same kind as the one you described) go like this:

melissa> some message here
bob> some response here
melissa> more chatting here
melissa logged out.
melissa> what?  i didn't log out.
melissa> bob, are you getting this?
bob> yeah, it says you're logged out.  weird.
melissa logged in.
melissa> weird...

The chat session involved 4 people in 3 different countries (all using wildy different configurations including Windows, Mac and Linux and with several different internet browsers).  Any ideas?
