Ok, it took me a while to figure this out...hope this helps and if it does...please respond, I'd love to know (I create interactive training courses and training manuals so detailing is part of my makeup):

1. Login to www.yoursite.com/doceboCore
2. Click on Main
3. Click on Language, then Click Language Management
4. Click the Translate icon (looks like a box)
5. From the Change Platform Drop Down Box > Select the Platform where the page displays (i.e., LMS, CMS, etc...)
6. From the Change Module Drop Down Box > Select the page where the text displays, which for the front page will be "Login"
7. Then Click > Apply Selection
8. Scroll down and you'll see the text box to edit the information

Steps 1-5 work for any page text you'd like to change.  Hope this helps.
