I'm having quite a problem with Docebo LMS administration:

Is it not possibe to get Docebo to automatically send an e-mail to a user, when a user is created in Docebo LMS? You know, with the users login/password and website adresse.

If so, how do I do it?

And is it possible to change the content (write a specific mail) to be sent out, when a user is created?

Well, so far so good... The mailsending is working after a quick reboot of the server (and several changes to php.ini - so I don't quite know what made it work).

I have also found where to change the mail being sent (Language Administration > admin_directory > _registered_user_text), but now I would like to know, what variables and formatting possibilities, there are available.

E.g. something like:

Hi [firstname] [lastname],

We are pleased to inform you, that you have been added as a user at a new e-learning course at MitKursus.dk, and we hope, that you will enjoy the course.

Website: http://www.mitkursus.dk/

Username: <b> [userid] </b>
Password: <b> [password] </b>

If you need any help getting started with the course, please take a quick look at this pdf-file:

I don`t know but you can test it easily . Please replace your desired words with original one (first backup original words) , and make a test .Please report your result here .

Why does Docebo change url's in the translations? When I/a user recieves an e-mail, the text is changed to the following:

http://www.docebo.org/vejledning/vejledning.pdf

(It actually writes "http://www.docebo.org" instead of the correct url, although the correct url still is in the translation, if I open the translation box again)

Well, I can use basic html such as <b>, <i> and so on, and url's are changed to actual links, except for when I'm using an url which is the same as the platfom/docebo installation.

....well, I can see the Docebo also changes url's in posts here in the forum, so I have just changed the url's above to show, what I mean
