Hi all,
I am testing docebo this days. But how to payment for the course and how to calculate the account of the user's marks or money nag me.

for examples， if I use the mark payment way , how to do input the account to the marks of the user and when the user pay for the course if the system can subtract the marks from his total account, and how I manage the account of the marks of the user's?

and another question, if I want to  distribute free scratchcard with login name or password to popularize our web and on the scratchcard there are few free marks to gift, and how to batch process a large numbers of user accounts into decobo?

I didn`t find what`s the meaning of mark exactly here but I can describe payment process for you :
Let`s assume that Lina is one of students and want to buy a course .
P.S : I assume that Mark is synonym of Score .
We have one course with 400$ price but course is free for those who got 100 or higher marks in their final exam ;so this could be one type of gift (if Mark is synonym of Score!!)

First we go to admin area >> Elearning >> Course Management and create one course and give it 400 unit price :

Now Lina , login with her acount into LMS and then browse her course catalogues :

Then Lina click on BUY button and continue buying process , after confirmation , she can see shopping card in above menu :and click on check out :

Then she select tax free :

in next step select :


in next step select Mark payment method :

in last step ,  she confirms buying process .

Now LMS admin can go to Admin area >>> E-commerce >>> Transaction :


Then admin can check users scores (marks) status and edit new transactions :



Now Lina can access to course .


how to batch process a large numbers of user accounts into decobo?
Admin area >>>Main menu>>>Users>>>Users Management or Group Management

Many thank to Omid, I means that since user can pay for course with mark(not money or user can buy mark in advance, e.g. user can buy ten marks for one dollar and then can pay the learning course with the marks. doing this for docebo has no finance managerment system for use), how to manage the mark user bought? I means users can manage their account themselves. how to do it?

As I know ecommerce will have some changes in next version and now it is an abnormal option  , maybe developers add users mark management in next version .
