it is really strange what is happening with me, Any ideas what is the reason?

Please Note:
Current version: docebo_3603
The problem happens ONLY on IE7 it works fine on FireFox and Chrom
The file is actully is getting uploded to the server

Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in as a Teacher
2. Click on Teacher Area
3. Admin Learning Objects
4. Click on the folder you would like to add a new learning object to
5. click on New Learning object
6. Chose "upload file"
7. click browse and chose any file .pdf for example
8. click insert
9. From the lectures screen click on Execute Object beside the object uploded
10. IE popup for download asking do you want to open or save
11. click save and chose the location then click save

Actual Result:
