A FAQ is the Frequently Asked Question list. The instructor can create the frequently asked question list and make it available to the students.

1. At the Teacher Area menu, click on Admin learning object.

2. Course Objects tab is selected by default. Choose another learning object storage area if needed. All existing learning objects are listed.

Note: Objects stored in Courses Object area will be immediately published and viewable by the students.

3. Click New Learning Object tool.

4. Select the FAQ and then click New Learning Object.

  

Note: Create FAQ Page displays.

  

5. In the Title textbox, enter your title of the FAQ. Eg Incentive Calculation Frequently Asked Question.

6. In the Description editor, you can leave it blank. Then, click Insert.

Note: It returns to Course Object page. Notice that the newly created FAQ LO is listed.

Now, you need to add FAQ items into the FAQ.

  

7. In the Course Objects page, click Modify Learning Object. 

8. Click Add FAQ to create the question and answer.  

 

  

Note: You still can modify the FAQ name by clicking the Modify category.

Note: FAQ & Help page appears.

  

9. In the Question textbox, type your question.

10. In the Title textbox, enter the title for the question. The title is only for your own references, it won't appear in the FAQ list when the students go through the Learning Object.

11. In the Keywords textbox, key in the keywords for your question.

12. In the Answer editor, enter the answer of the question.

13. Click Insert.

Note: The newly created FAQ item is listed.

14. Repeat the steps 7 to 12 to create more FAQ items.

You can also change the order of the FAQ item by clicking the up and down arrow tools at your right hand side.

Student can preview the FAQ module in two views, FAQ view (question/answer) and help view (Navigation by keywords).

A FAQ is the Frequently Asked Question list. The teacher can create this question list and make it available to the students that will have a double way for watching it, here you can find the procedures for creating the FAQ:

• After clicking on “new learning object” and having chosen the “FAQ” option you will be asked to create a category in which insert the FAQ
• After creating the category we can start inserting the FAQ
• When the teacher has finished to create FAQ's he can watch the preview of the contents, the FAQ module has a double view,classic way (question/answer) and help way (Navigation by keywords).
